40 Hours a week
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Central Time (10pm - 7am Manila Time)

With 4 clinic locations across Houston, they are looking to provide exceptional service to their patients. Their mission is to improve patients' quality of life through compassionate, personalized allergy care.
Responsibilities
- Recording and maintaining a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. Will record financial data into Quickbook to produce the balance sheet and income statement.
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and videos.

Requirements
At least 2+ years experience in Accounting
Quickbook online
Excel and Google sheet
Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with computers
Strong Internet Connection
