Job Summary
Summary<br>Responsible to oversee and coordinate administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities or departments. Supervise a team of administrative staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Supervise and provide guidance to a team of administrative support staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel. <br>-Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties. <br>
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer opportunities for professional development and training. <br>
-Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. <br>
-Establish and maintain effective systems, processes, and workflows to optimize administrative functions. <br>
-Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness. <br>
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Health Administration preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. 3-5 years required and Experience in a supervisory or leadership role 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in the use of office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality regulations, such as HIPAA.
