Work Schedule: Minimum 15-20 hours per week between 8am-5pm; prefer to hire one student for 30-40 hours/week between 8am-5pm

Desired Length of Employment: Summer 1 and Summer 2

Pay Rate: 11.00

Job Description:

The Summer Camp & Conference Associate will assist the Institutional Events team in performing duties to successfully facilitate conferences and camps on campus during the summer months. This role requires a significant amount of initiative, ability to think out of the box, make decisions on their own, following processes and an attention to detail in order to ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled by camp and conference directors. The right candidate will possess impeccable customer service skills. The student will be responsible for writing agreements, regular phone and email communication with camp directors and campus partners, handling special requests and ensuring all campus policies and procedures are being followed.
 

  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
