PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Engage in projects that significantly drive the business productivity and profitability. • Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving. • Lead and participate in Process Failure Mode and Affect Analysis (PFMEA) and dimensional engineering strategies. • Create quality documents, lead product and process qualification, and complete audit processes. • Gather and analyze data through statistical techniques while using computer software tools, such as Excel or Minitab, to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities. • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plans and work instructions. • Perform and analyze fabrication and assembly equipment process capability studies and developing process validation plans and documenting results.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• GPA 3.0 or higher • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree. • Previous Internship or Co-op Experience Leadership/involvement on campus or in the community. • Strong people skills, able to work in a highly collaborative team environment. • Must be willing to travel up to 25% when required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Quick learner with high level of ambition and drive.
