Position Title: Receptionist
Position Type: Full; 35 Hours/Weekly; Some evening coverage as needed

Department: Outpatient
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Greet consumers
- Schedule appointments and follow up with consumers as needed
- Accurate handling and storing of medical
- Handle incoming mail and ensure proper routing
- Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
- Handles consumer requests and forwards to corresponding staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills
