Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, engineer, analyze, and develop complex software systems, contributing directly to the advancement of technological solutions.
- Design, analyze, and develop software delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software deployment.
- Model and analyze software development and deployment processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Assist Federal agencies in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques, supporting streamlined and effective project execution.
- Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations, contributing to a dynamic and responsive environment.
- Provide expert supervision and mentorship to subordinate project and Team ManTech staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 5 years of position-relevant work experience in software engineering.
- DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certification.
- Experience with C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java programming languages.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GIT for software development and collaboration.
- 4 years of experience in DoD systems development.
Clearance Requirements:
- Required TS/SCI Eligible.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $105,800.00-$175,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencie
