ManTech seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA. As a Business Systems Analyst on our team, you will perform requirements gathering and refinement, serve as a data concierge for internal and external customers, and provide expert advice and problem solving in collaboration with this elite team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Gathers customer requirements, interprets business challenges regarding data or reporting needs and works to identify what data or services are available to address them, working within the team or partner organizations

• Uses analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to solve complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

• Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives

• Communicates complex concepts and is able to apply critical thinking skills to identify a solution

• Evaluates evolving business requirements and works with the team to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Able to effectively explain to business partners what information is available to meet their needs

• Acts as a liaison between the development group and business units for answering questions, identifying solutions, etc.

• Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in the product line and its business processes to help answer questions, speak to current data solutions, and interpret new requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience with business requirements analysis or High School Diploma and 9+ years’ experience with business requirements analysis

• Experience interpreting business challenges, recommending best practices, solving complex problems, and evaluating business requirements

• Experience with effectively communicating complex technical concepts, preparing communications, and providing training to business partners.

• Experience navigating business complexities and evolving business requirements

• Experience managing requirements within a matrixed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the A&A Process

• Experience with Confluence
