They are also working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes and ensure that systems are secure against cybersecurity threats.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>DevOps engineers are responsible for monitoring of production issues, incident</span> <span>management and root cause analysis.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Using an Agile/Scrum methodology, DevOps engineers work with other team members and stakeholders to identify pain points and gather requirements, propose solutions, estimate their work, and then collaborate with others through the entire lifecycle in order to meet deadlines.</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>DevOps engineers design, develop and integrate solutions that can be shipped on time while complying with standards for usability, security, stability, reliability and performance.   </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span><span>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</span></span></strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Min 4+ years of experience </span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in relational databases</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Experience in AWS</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Experience in Kubernetes, Helm</span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Experience with JIRA </span></span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Experience with Jenk
