Work you’ll do 

• Review Medical Charts and records to pull out key information to support calculation of clinical quality measures
• Reviewing Medical documentation 
• Performing Value Analysis on weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis 
• Performing Clinical Data Reviews as required
• Collaborating with various teams focused on Clinical Care
• Performing Quality Measures as required

Basic Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
• 3+ Years of Experience operating with clinical data reviews
• Ability to travel 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to effectively communicate at various levels within the organization (i.e., HQ, network, facility) through written and verbal communication.
• 3+ Years of Experience working in a Clinical Care capacity 
• 3+ Years of Experience with medical documentation and clinical data reviews 
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Active Public Trust Security Clearance
• RN licensure 
• RHIA licensure
