SAP HCM Consultant (EU-Paid)

This is a remote position.

• Support the ongoing SAP HCM implementation and enhancement for a major public-sector utilities project.
  
• Collaborate with a remote team servicing end clients in Germany.
  
• Engage in configuration, support, testing, and rollout activities across SAP HCM modules.
  
• Provide expertise in Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, or Payroll.
  
• Contribute to SAP ABAP development tasks related to HCM, including custom reports, enhancements (user exits, BADIs), and interfaces.
  
• Development and maintenance of HR Forms and HR-specific infotypes.
  
• Support for SAP Scripts / SmartForms and workflow design where applicable.
  
• Work closely with the functional team to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM in both functional and technical capacities.
  
• Proven ABAP development experience within SAP HCM, including enhancements and interface development would be great
  
• Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 days/week, with flexibility to scale up to full-time.
  
• Familiarity with public sector or utilities projects is an advantage.
  

• 100% remote work from anywhere in South Africa.
  
• Paid in Euros.
  
• Flexible schedule: 2-3 days/week, with the option to expand to 5 days/week.
  
• 6-month initial contract with a high chance of extension.
