Location Status: Work will be primarily performed remotely from home office 5 days per week. Employee may be required to utilize personal phone and internet services to perform telecommuting with reimbursement according to Race's telecommuting policy. Occasional travel to and work from other Race offices or off-site locations may be required.

Position Impact:
The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and business growth across Race's markets. This position leads the marketing function through four direct reports—an Operations Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Events Manager, and Demand Generation Manager—each of whom executes with their respective teams. The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership, fosters a high-performing culture, and holds managers accountable for results within their functional areas. Key responsibilities include setting the marketing strategy and departmental KPIs, directing ecommerce and digital advertising strategy, providing strategic direction for content and events, managing the overall marketing budget, and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, managing and developing marketing teams of 10+ members, achieving performance targets required
• Thorough knowledge of telecom industry regulations and policies, ensuring adherence in all marketing activities
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, analytics, ecommerce platforms, and paid digital advertising management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Spanish Language desirable
Skills:
• Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo); analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
