Emburse software engineers contribute to the development of an engaging and interconnected set of system solutions. As a Senior Software engineering manager, you will manage a team that will enhance the experiences of your customers, solve interesting challenges, and design new solutions. Must have:

• 10+ years of distributed software development experience with Software Development or DevOps Lead position experience
• Ability to analyze software requirements
• Ability to review and influence design plans 
• Set goal priorities and grow a team culture that is collaborative
• Develop, lead, coach, and assess the engineering team 
• Provide technical guidance and coaching

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Python, ML/AI frameworks, and Data project implementations
• Experience in Automation, particularly in DevOps practices
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to Programming best practices (Solid, Clean Code, XP, etc.)
• Previous involvement in innovative areas, teams, or product development
• Collaborative mindset with a preference for team-oriented work
