SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team. You will be hiring across all departments of the business. We have ambitious hiring plans in 2024 and beyond, this is your chance to help build teams of real value. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.  

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: UK, Germany, or Serbia 

Rasa can assist with work authorization in Germany, but we do not provide any relocation assistance.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Rasa, you’ll have a direct, measurable impact on the short and long-term future of our teams. You will spend a typical week working on a variety of tasks, you might: analyze our candidate demographic data to notice interesting patterns and trends, set up a sourcing strategy + kick-off meeting for a new position, write a blog post, deliver an offer, and meet some other teammates virtually to get to know our team.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll make an impact on your team by:

• Taking responsibility for the holistic recruiting process 

• Creating and nurturing a network of passive candidates

• Building DEI-focused sourcing strategies

• Being a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising them on their team’s growth, and what is currently happening in the job market

• Providing a 'high-touch' candidate and hiring team experience, building relationships internally and externally

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of recruiting experience; preferably with mixed agency and in-house experience  

• Technical recruiting experience or have hired Enterprise focused G2M candidates

• Passion for Diversity, Equity, and inclusion. You have been a driving force behind building teams with diverse backgrounds

• End-to-end recruitment experience, from intake meeting to delivering the offer

• You love to source! 

• You’re data driven. We use data to make decisions, you should always be looking into our data to see what could be improved and what is working well

• Experience working across time zones, you will be working with candidates and hiring managers distributed between California and Europe

• You will be working from the UK, Germany, or Serbia

This is the second hire on the Talent team, reporting to the Head of TA who is also hands-on recruiting. Talent sits within the G&A Department at Rasa, which includes Talent, People, Ops, and Finance.
