Job Title: Operations Manager, Patient Engagement

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office 


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Patient Engagement to oversee the collection of payments from patients and ensure that all collections processes are efficient and effective. This role will involve managing up-front collections, external collections, setting and monitoring collection metrics, and leading a team to achieve financial goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the patient collections process to ensure timely and accurate payments.

- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Set, monitor, and analyze collection metrics to drive performance improvements.

- Implement and optimize processes for up-front and external collections.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in medical billing and collections.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience in medical billing and patient collections.

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Proficiency in medical billing software systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
