Job Description

Our National Lockbox ​ is seeking a Work Coordinator who is skilled in disturbing workload, leadership, a strong communicator, in order to meet strict deadlines. If you're a natural motivator and willing to do the work with your team in a face-paced production environment, we'd love to connect with you.

Required schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This will report, 100% onsite at our Wooster Rd. lockbox location.

• Collaboration: Works well in a team environment, particularly with 3–4 Workforce Consultants (WCs) to meet shared goals.

• Operational Support: Willing and able to perform Operational Partner (OP) tasks when needed.
• Attention to Detail: Maintains a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Sense of Urgency: Responds promptly and appropriately to time-sensitive tasks.
• Approachability: Builds trust and openness with team members and stakeholders.

Job highlights:

• Distributes workload, monitors production and participates in work as necessary.
• Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines.
• Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary.
• Prepares reports, records and performance monitoring informing management of operational activities.
• Provides work direction and training to staff. Maintains knowledge of products, services and systems in assigned area.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience- Knowledge of PCI compliance and regulation
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications and/or the equipment used in the assigned area
- Good customer relations skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Demonstrated leadership skills
