Job Description

Bosch Rexroth is looking for an experienced recruiting / talent acquisition professional to be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of professional roles and partner with our leaders to find and bind the top talent in the Automation and Hydraulic Industries.

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Attend college career events, job fairs, and community networking events
• Help to ensure that we provide qualified candidates from a broad network of sources to build and enhance the diversity of our workforce
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites, providing Bosch information, opportunities, and benefits
• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)

Competencies

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Able to prioritize and complete projects within a specific deadline
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Collaborative mindset, yet able to take initiative and lead all levels (Directors, Managers, potential candidates) when necessary
• Hands on experience with various selection processes, phone screening, video conferencing and/or in-person interviews
• Prefer familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates via social media (ex. LinkedIn)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of talent acquisition experience OR Associates degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience recruiting for technical positions (i.e. engineering, sales, operations) preferred
