About the role

Description

The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Geriatric Medicine including clinical care and education. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. ABIM or ABFM certification and Geriatric Medicine certification/eligibility is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include training medical students, residents, and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.

Clinical responsibilities may include hospital care on the Acute Care for Elderly (ACE) unit.
