Providence is calling a Manager Provider Recruitment who will:

• Manage and participate in Physician, Medical Executive leadership, and Residency faculty and Program Director recruitment activities across the system in partnership with other Physician Services and Development leaders
• Take a lead in Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner recruitment activities
• Lead and develop high performing staff who support the recruitment of multiple physician and provider specialties, with a system-wide scope
• Extend employment brand through recruitment and the associated support services for the highest quality, mission-inspired medical staff
• Continually seek to improve and deliver processes, outcomes, and customer evaluation of PS&D

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of Physician Recruitment experience

• Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min:$55.68, Max: $89.63 
• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min:$59.73, Max: $96.15 
• Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min:$62.26, Max: $100.22 
• Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min:$59.73, Max: $96.15 
• Washington: Tukwila: Min: Min:$62.26, Max: $100.22 
• Washington: Eastern: Min:$53.15, Max: $85.55
