At MCHC Health Center, we’re passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to our communities. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Business Partner to join our team and help ensure we maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and support the administration of our Compliance Program. You’ll manage essential processes like policy tracking, contract workflows, license renewals, training, audits, and overall compliance operations—utilizing tools such as Compliatric to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all corporate, employee, and patient documents.
- Assist with department communications and support compliance-related projects.
- Conduct compliance investigations as assigned by the Chief Compliance & Business Development Officer (CCBDO).
- Support implementation of the Compliance Work Plan and its seven core elements.
- Maintain alignment with HRSA Compliance Manual requirements.
- Respond to reports from the compliance hotline and elevate serious matters promptly.
- Provide daily updates to the CCBDO on ongoing compliance activities.
- Prepare and manage Board and Staff Committee reports, including distribution and documentation.
- Proofread and finalize compliance communications and reports.
- Oversee policy lifecycle management, including review, updates, and approvals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $72,000–$99,000 annually (based on experience)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate of Arts degree and at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing databases
- Background in healthcare compliance or risk management programs
