Sales Operation Manager

Summary of the Position:

The Sales Operations Manager will report into Nutramax's Veterinary Sciences business unit. This individual will support the business through sales force optimization, sales force effectiveness, and process improvement initiatives. This includes working with sales and marketing in the execution of strategies that will expand our customer reach and depth of product offering. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive change. This position will report directly to the Commercial Vice President and will work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.
• Manage Vet Sciences annual operating plan and monthly forecast process.
• Execute CRM strategy, implementation, and ongoing management collaborating with marketing, digital, and IT.
• Streamline and optimize sales processes including territory planning & funnel management.
• Partner with sales to implement incentive management programs and processes to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation strategy and compliance.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure and drive sales performance.
• Develop self-serve analytical tools along with reporting standards.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for business unit management as need.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or marketing.
• B2B go-to-market experience preferably within veterinary or human health industries.
• Highly skilled in analysis and process improvement.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytical Cloud.
• Significant experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP Sales Cloud
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
