What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation of business logic, ensuring efficient and effective processes through the utilization of TIBCO Business Works and EMS messaging.
• Specialize in the creation of Concepts, Simple Events, Complex Events, DB concepts, and rule composition within TIBCO Business Events (BE). Configure and optimize backing stores to enhance the performance of business processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in architecting applications with a focus on web-based and n-tier architecture systems. Integrate diverse systems seamlessly, contributing to a cohesive and well-functioning overall architecture.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of EAI messaging standards, including Websphere MQ and JMS messaging. Skillfully implement both point-to-point and pub/sub-messaging models to meet diverse communication requirements.
• Play a key role in the complete project lifecycle, from the initial design phase to the development and ultimate implementation of enterprise-level web-based projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You Know

• 5+ years experience deploying applications and services in Tibco, Java environments
• 10+ years of experience designing and developing large systems with the following characteristics:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing high-availability solutions for uninterrupted system operation.
• Expertise in optimizing and managing scalable performance for systems and applications.
• Strong understanding and application of SOA principles and practices.
• Proficient in designing and implementing integration solutions with a focus on loose coupling.
• Experience in designing the Business State Model, Decision Table using TIBCO Business Events
• Working experience in EDI, XML, Flat file transactions, and communication
• Working experience in the use and deployment of Web Services using SOAP and RESTFUL models
• Experience with relational databases including DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Working knowledge of system and process monitoring using TIBCO Hawk and TIBCO Administrator
• Working experience in JAVA
• Good Documentation and Communication skills
• Effective independent and team player and self-starter with high adaptability to new technologies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience

Compensation Band

• $120-125k per year
