About the Role: Join Furniture Mart as a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes with beautiful furniture. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and accessories that match their style and budget.
• Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about product features, trends, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or design is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for home decor and furniture trends.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
