<p><strong>Coho Construction Management </strong>is seeking an experienced <strong>Construction Superintendent</strong> to join our infrastructure team supporting construction projects at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL as well as other projects in the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama regions. This dynamic traveling Superintendent position involves managing multiple construction projects on large IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) programs with diverse task orders. The Superintendent will oversee field staff, and subcontractors to ensure high standards of safety and quality, and support projects from inception to closeout.</p> <p>This is a key leadership role for candidates who thrive in complex project environments and bring a hands-on, proactive approach to infrastructure delivery. Travel is required and will be approximately 30-50%.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p>As Construction Superintendent, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily on-site operations and foster strong customer relationships</li> <li>Support proposal development and site walk assessments and prepare after action reports</li> <li>Manage contractual and financial aspects of assigned projects</li> <li>Support performance and cost reporting across contract lifecycles</li> <li>Ensure quality control in all deliverables and compliance with client requirements</li> <li>Ensure on-site safety complies with EM385-1-1, OSHA30 Construction Safety and with client requirements</li> <li>Be familiar with US Military security protocols as they pertain to the client’s on-site requirements</li> <li>Have the ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li> <li>Submit detailed daily reports including quality metrics</li> <li>Train and mentor staff including subcontractor superintendents, quality control managers, safety representatives and administrators</li> <li>Oversee infrastructure projects end-to-end including sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination</li> <li>Provide pre-construction services and develop submittals tailored to client needs</li> <li>Participate in design reviews and lead value engineering efforts</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining timelines and budgets</li> <li>Resolve constructability challenges with innovative solutions</li> <li>Maintain warranty tracking and documentation</li> <li>Offer technical expertise to support ongoing and emerging project opportunities</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></span></p> <
