<p>SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit</p><p><u>Restaurant Manager</u></p><p>for Monasty, Autograph Collection</p><p></p><p>Key tasks and responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>Leads day-to-day restaurant operation</li> <li>Improves restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators</li> <li>Participates in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists</li> <li>Recruits and assists in the training of employees</li> <li>Evaluates employee performance</li> <li>Delivers excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints</li> <li>Conducts accurate inventories monthly</li> <li>Oversees storage and weekly orders</li> <li>Ensures that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management</li> <li>Previous working experience in a similar position.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
