<p><u><b>Summary</b></u></p><p><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><h1><b>Lead CT Technologist</b></h1><p></p><p>Baptist Health Imaging, where compassionate care meets advanced imaging and treatment.  Our Imaging Department encompasses multiple services including Computed Tomography, Diagnostic X-Ray, Interventional Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT Imaging, and Ultrasound.  We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art equipment as well as accessibility and providing services throughout the community, including surrounding areas.  Our team works closely with other departments such as surgery and oncology to provide the best care for all patients. At Baptist Health, we treat the whole person, offering hope and strength on every patient's journey.</p><h2></h2><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p>Proactively plans and executes daily patient flow and staff schedule.</p></li><li><p>Assist CT Coordinator with staff selection, training, and competency.</p></li><li><p>Assists Radiologists and management with establishing protocols.</p></li><li><p>Produce quality images for Radiologist’s review.</p></li><li><p> Send images to tele-radiology service after hours as requested.</p></li><li><p>Maintains and/or develops scanning protocols with CT Coordinator and Radiologist.</p></li><li><p>Works with CT Coordinator and Radiologist on ACR accreditation as needed.</p></li><li><p>Assists CT Coordinator, Radiology Manager, and Radiology Director in equipment and software <br/>selections.</p></li><li><p>Manages physical and financial resources within established guidelines.
