Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
The Director, Corporate Security Programs is a direct report to the Vice President Corporate Security and Properties and serves as a member of the department’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This position serves as a key advisor and operational support the department’s Vice President, overseeing the day to day operations of the security team, cross-functional initiatives, projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of security strategies across the organization, including both physical and cyber security aspects, while also facilitating communication with other departments and key internal/external stakeholders.
This position will have oversight of the following security programs and functions: Infrastructure & Assurance, Security Command Center & Regulatory Operations, Corporate Security Training, WPV Prevention, Security Risk Assessment, NERC Access & Compliance Controls, Computer Forensics & Litigation Support, and intelligence reporting & analytics.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Assist the CSO in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, policies and procedures aligned with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Analyzing security risks, identifying vulnerabilities, and prioritizing mitigation plans
- Managing security budgets and resource allocation
Operational Management:
- Overseeing day-to-day security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, incident response, and security awareness training.
- Coordinating with various security teams (physical security, cybersecurity, investigations) to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitoring security performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
- Management of Corporate Security Vendors and contracted workforce
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Acting as a liaison between the security team and other departments (HR, IT, facilities management, legal) to address security concerns and coordinate initiatives
- Communicating security policies and procedures to employees at all levels and ensuring timely execution and completion of required training
- Facilitating collaboration on security-related projects with cross-functional teams
- Identify risks, devise preventive measures and ensure compliance with relevant infrastructural and cybersecurity regulations
Project Management:
- Leading the execution of security projects, including implementation of new security technologies, security upgrades, and incident response drills
