About the Role:  

The People Team at Planet is seeking a People Team Coordinator to join our team!  The ideal candidate is a self-starter, critical thinker, and a great communicator. You will bring a mix of curiosity, passion and warmth, along with a drive for excellence.

Impact You’ll Own:

• Onboarding tasks such as the execution of background checks, sending of offer letters, and creation of new hire profiles, etc.
• Management of employment verifications
• Sending offer letters to candidates via DocuSign 
• Interfacing and partnering with PEOs for new hire offer letters
• Generating equity side letters for PEO employees
• Assist with the offboarding of employees through scheduling of exit interviews, sending exit surveys, and supporting with projects (along with various other tasks) 
• Contractor Management including renewals 
• Responding to general inquiries from our Planeteers 
• Supporting data management and data entry

What You Bring:

• Proven work experience in a coordinator or operations role 
• Hands on experience with HRIS systems and practices 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Consistent attention to detail 
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions when others would give up 
• Natural ability to collaborate with strong communication skills

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience with Greenhouse and Bamboo
• Experience with PEO/EOR

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is $60,900 - $100,100.  Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location.  The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
