Registrar's Office
Responsibilities:The incumbent will provide front line support for the customer service operations of the Registrar's Office.
The General Assistant will:
- Provide customer service by greeting visitors and answering phones.
- Process declaration of majors forms.
- Assist with Undergraduate Graduation process.
- Assist with Transfer rule verification project.
- Monitor, respond and route a high volume of emails.
- Coordinates and executes responses to a high volume of inquiries regarding student records, registration, transfer credit and graduation.
After training, telework may be available.
Schedule will tentatively be Monday-Friday 8:30-12:30 (20 hours per week).
Required Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of clerical experience
- One year experience in higher education
A background check will be required.

Hours: Part time 20 hours/week as needed Type: Temporary, Contingent I Additional Information: This is a temporary position. Initial contract is for 12 months with the possibility of renewal.
