The Employee Financial Services (EFS) framework supports the financial wellness of BAC employees via financial education, expert advice and guidance, and access to BAC tools, resources, differentiated offers and services for employees. This role within the EFS Group focuses on the execution of the end-to-end local market engagement (LME) new hire strategy for the East Division. It provides the opportunity to see impact of work being done within the financial wellness framework and BAC priorities to drive financial wellness with the newly hired employees and drive responsible growth. This role will include project management of core new hire activities such as: specialist readiness, performance goals/outcomes monthly reporting, support event planning of Campus Intern and Full-time New Hire Expos, obtain field feedback on the effectiveness of tools and resources and support strategic initiatives that make Bank of America the Best Place to Work, Bank and Invest.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop New Hire engagement plans; provide performance analysis and reporting
  • Implement in-person and virtual new hire engagement strategy and refine outreach approach
  • Execute key EFS strategic initiatives and market level updates
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with LME Division Leads, Market/Site/Lines of Business leaders for Retail, Preferred, and Merrill
  • Manage partnerships with Enterprise Academy leadership and facilitators
  • Provide field support: On-board/certify EFS Specialists, manage new hire classes staffed, tabling events, evaluate tools and resources for virtual/in-person delivery options
  • Manage Specialists coverage, delivery of EFS financial solutions overview for NH events, communications and recognition
  • Perform related monitoring, business controls, and audit duties including Offsite event account opening and event support
  • Communicate BAC Employee value proposition to deepen relationships, promote financial wellness and help drive Life Plan adoption
  • Serve as BAC Brand Ambassador and Employee Client Advocate

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills demonstrating effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and trends to support business outcomes and performance goals
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Strong executive presence with interpersonal skills, an ability to proactively build trusted relationships and manage via influence
  • Assess and learn partner’s business, priorities, and challenges followed by execution
  • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team/partners
  • Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our employees’ financial lives
  • Advanced proficiency in various software programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx and SharePoint
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, flexible with picking up ad hoc work as needed
  • Serve as BAC Brand Ambassador and Employee Client Advocate

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Consumer Banking products, programs and services
  • Knowledge of the Financial Center Channel and/or Operational Excellence
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, relationship management, client care or business support roles
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, willingness to challenge the status quo and not be afraid to speak up/offer suggestions
