About the role
This is a remote position.
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented SFCC QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of e-commerce applications across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for SFCC (SFRA) applications.
- Validate end-to-end e-commerce workflows such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and order management.
- Test integrations with third-party systems including payment gateways, tax, shipping, OMS, and CRM.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Execute API testing for SFCC integrations using tools like Postman or similar.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and production support activities.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
- Strong understanding of SFRA architecture and e-commerce concepts.
- Experience in manual testing for retail/e-commerce applications.
- Knowledge of order lifecycle, promotions, pricing, and payment processing.
- Experience with API testing and backend validation.
- Familiarity with SQL for basic data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
