Security Manager (TS/SCI Cleared)

Job Overview:

With 7+ years of proven experience in security management, the ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain robust security protocols to protect our employees, assets, and operations. Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the implementation of security infrastructure and systems.

• Monitor daily security operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and incident response protocols.
• Coordinate and manage contracted security personnel or internal security teams.
• 3. Incident and Crisis Management
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and emergencies.
• Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and conduct regular emergency drills and training programs.
• 4. Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and compliance audits.
• 5. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with other departments to align security protocols with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement, emergency responders, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide security briefings and updates to senior leadership.
• 6. Budget and Resource Management
• Prepare and manage the security budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Evaluate and procure security equipment, technology, and services.
