This next chapter in our journey has opened an exciting position in our North America Manufacturing team, reporting to the Vice President Manufacturing NA.

We are looking for a talented individual to:

• Lead and grow a $1.7B CLC organization across North America.
• Manage the existing business of contract logistics division and develop new sustainable business.
• Execute strong leadership and directions within the contract logistic team and add value as a member of the NA Manufacturing Team.

As CLC Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• To develop and manage profitable contract logistics activities in line with company financial expectations.
• To lead and grow the CLC team across North America.
• To establish and implement mid-term business development plans including budget management.
• Working with OUs to support with the delivery and shipment with good quality control.
• To take a lead role in all key customer relationships to ensure on time delivery and push shipment in line with business expectations.
• To continuously reduce product deviation rate to enhance product competitive.
• To provide more competitive deviation solutions for NE business and Skyrise business, lead team to contribute more engineering values.
• To continuously enhance contract engineering efficiency and optimize contract engineering organization.
• To manage multiple DC operation and coordination and ensure suppliers delivery on time.
• To implement Transportation Management System for logistics in all DC.
• To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the company’s global standard operating procedures.
• To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the standard warehouse management system in all locations.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills (Mandatory)
• 8-10 years’ experience in positions of similar responsibilities operations with at least 5 years management experience or Contract & Sales Engineering (Preferable but not mandatory).
• Ability to provide clear direction and analysis necessary data and implement the right solution.
• Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Independent, initiative, and able to work under pressure.
• Elevator product knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
• Travel required 20% of the time
