• Someone who loves conversation and connection—not just talking, but truly listening to both new and returning clients.

• A customer service champion who can turn client concerns into positive experiences.

 

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior retail sales experience, especially in membership or service-based sales.

  • Experience in a spa-like or hospitality-focused environment, where personalized service is valued.

  • Comfort with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payment processing.

  • A motivated team player dedicated to creating the best work environment for colleagues and top-tier experiences for clients.
