Warehouse Lead

French Ellison Truck Center is looking for a talented individual to take on the full time Warehouse Lead position. Main responsibilities will include supervising and training all warehouse personnel. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train warehouse personnel to ensure acceptable productivity and adherence to company goals and policies
• Responsible for keeping warehouse and inventory secure
• Responsible for keeping merchandise stored in a clean and logical order

Primary Duties:

• Manages and controls the parts inventory level, ensuring an adequate inventory and efficient use of warehouse space
• Develops and maintains knowledge base of the retail and wholesale truck parts market
• Establish delivery schedules
• Ship warranties and forward shipping information to the warranty department
• Ensure that manufacture returns are pulled and that daily bin counts are completed
• Oversee the annual physical inventory count
• Enforce and adjust safety policies as necessary
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma required; further education preferred
• Overall knowledge of warehousing operations; prior auto or truck parts experience is helpful
• Must possess the ability to supervise and delegate effectively
• Computer, mathematical, and customer service skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously
• Must be dependable and results-oriented
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and life/move up to 75lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
