Greenhouse is looking for a Director, Corporate FP&A to join our team!

Reporting into our VP of FP&A, you will drive all significant Corporate FP&A deliverables and own external reporting activities, as well as manage, lead and grow an impactful team. In this high visibility role, you will have the opportunity to develop, create, and support all key processes for external reporting, own balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, and help our leadership gain key insights into our business to support optimal decision-making across the organization. You will make and coordinate quarterly Board of Director materials, build and maintain complex models, as well as deliver improved automation and systematization over time.

What you’ll do

  • Own plan/forecast financial statement consolidation and analysis for the FP&A team, as well as external reporting
  • Own the company’s balance sheet and cash flow forecasting analytics and enhance forecasting process and reporting mechanisms to improve accuracy
  • Coordinate annual planning, quarterly outlooks, monthly forecasts and budget-vs-actual processes, including standard templates and processes
  • Oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of corporate financial planning and reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting
  • Prepare budget and management reporting materials for senior executives and the Board of Directors
  • Act as the business owner for the FP&A system to ensure a comprehensive, internally consistent end-to-end view of core financial data and performance across multiple dimensions and time periods
  • Own the use of planning tools, including Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities through tools like Tableau
  • Partner with the Accounting team for monthly and quarterly flux analysis, financial close and forecasting items
  • Partner with Corporate Development for financial modeling of M&A transactions


You should have

  • Full-scope forecasting or financial modeling experience, as well as experience in Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting and forecasting
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data
  • Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures, and systems in a public company environment
  • Detailed knowledge of public financial filings, processes, and timelines
  • Expertise in annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
  • Direct experience with managing Financial platform data infrastructures and multidimensional tools such as Workday Adaptive
  • Strong BI, data visualization, and analytics skills (Tableau experience highly preferred)
  • Ability to stay organized across multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience with leading a team; strong performance development skills with the ability to support team career progression
  • Ability to effectively articulate a data-driven point-of-view to leadership in a clear and concise manner, written and verbally
  • Outstanding collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills
  • Experience working with Investor Relations, a plus
