Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Indian Creek Apartments and Townhomes, Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation.

 Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2+ years in multi-family residential maintenance.
• Skills: Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, pool care, and lighting.
• Certifications: HVAC experience preferred (certification a plus).
• Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and responsive to resident needs.
• Self-Starter: Works independently and stays motivated.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer or smartphone skills.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and willingness to pass a drug and background check.

Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:

• Hands-On Maintenance: Tackle HVAC repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, appliance fixes, pool care, and more.
• Resident Support: Complete work orders efficiently and ensure community upkeep.
• Emergency Response: Be ready to address urgent issues while on call.
