<p align="center">International HRBP Beauty</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR</p> <p> </p> <p>We have an exciting position open: International Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Beauty reporting to the Global HRBP Beauty.</p> <p>Aptar is a global leader in dispensing and closures systems (USD3.3Bn revenue, 13,000 employees worldwide). Aptar designs and manufactures a broad range of drug delivery, consumer product dispensing and active material science solutions.  Aptar’s organizational structure consists of three Business segments: Beauty, Pharma and Closures. Beauty Segment mainly sells dispensing pumps (spray pumps, lotion pumps, airless pumps), aerosol and applicators for the fragrance, make up and skin care markets. </p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS</p> <p> </p> <p>Reporting to the Global HRBP Beauty, the international HRBP will partner with global and regional Business Leaders to develop and deploy the HR strategy for a selection of functions/departments.</p> <p>The International HRBP Beauty will provide expert advice and practical guidance to senior team leaders throughout the employee life-cycle, and partner with the local HRBP community to ensure consistent deployment of the HR agenda.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Act as global organizational steward and model of Aptar culture and core values</li> <li>Develop a strategically and tactically aligned HR strategy for a set of functions/departments located in different European countries. These functions include Marketing and Innovation, R&amp;D, Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations… This scope may evolve over time.</li> <li>Proactively support global or EMEA Senior Executives Leaders. Provide expertise and guidance on any people-related matter, across the employee life cycle.</li> <li>Drive and coordinate the application of the overall HR Agenda and implement the yearly HR calendar (Salary planning, LGS, OED, Performance Review, Objectives Setting, Talent Review). </li> <li>Provide partnership and coach local HR teams in delivering on various local or global HR projects and initiatives, including change management projects.</li> <li>Champion Aptar HR guidelines and tools developed by the CoE and Service Delivery and ensuring that they meet business needs</li> <li>Coordinate work with Talent and Learning on strategic people matters such as workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, organization design, change management, succession planning</li> <li>Closely collaborate with the Global HRBP Beauty on a selection of ad-hoc projects.</li> <li>Develop or implement strategies to foster diversity and inclusion within the organization</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Position Locations: France (preferred), Italy, or Germany.
