The Stinger Missile is a highly visible Raytheon product and a much talked about product due to current events. The Stinger Finance team resides within the SMGBAD (Small & Medium Ground Based Air Defense) that is part of the LADs (Land & Air Defense) Mission Area. Stinger has an immediate need for a Senior Analyst Program Cost Controls to provide support to our NSPA Bundle Program that consists of DOD and FMS content.
This position will be onsite at either Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, or the McKinney, TX location.
What You Will Do
- Work in a challenging and fast paced team environment.
- Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership will require you to possess strong presentation and communication skills and have a strong understanding of Earned Value Principles and Processes.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
- Experience in using tools such as SAP Business Systems (ex. APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Excellent communicator with an enthusiastic and strong desire to learn while being aggressively challenged.
- Ability to think on their feet, make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with a various levels of management.
- Proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Business Manager, and customer representatives from the finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating, and financial objectives.
- Ability to partner with various functional teams and work in collaboration on the successful execution of gate reviews, contract modification negotiations, financial reporting, and EAC’s.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
