Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life? We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, in-home pediatric case caring for a 16-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
Monitor and document the patient’s health status
Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care
🔍 Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
Experience required with:
Tracheostomy care
Ventilator management
Pediatric or home health experience preferred

Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
- In compliance with state and Federal regulations
- CPR
- Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
- TB test showing a negative result
