Overview 

Eurasia Foundation (EF) is actively seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity / Digital Security Expert. This role is pivotal in enhancing our organization's digital resilience through effective training programs. We are looking for an individual who not only possesses deep expertise in cybersecurity but is also skilled in educating and empowering others in the field. EF is specifically interested in candidates who excel at crafting engaging and practical online workshops tailored for e-learning audiences, particularly in low-bandwidth environments. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Develop comprehensive cybersecurity training programs tailored to the needs of EF and its global team. 
• Conduct training sessions on various cybersecurity topics, including threat detection, data protection, network security, and best practices. 
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity strategies for EF projects. 
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and risks in existing software and systems. 
• Create visually appealing and effective educational graphics and motion graphics to enhance training materials. 
• Collaborate with the team members to ensure alignment of cybersecurity training with project goals. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. 
• At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience in cybersecurity and digital security. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies. 
• Proficient in creating engaging and informative graphics and motion graphics for educational purposes. 
• Familiarity with current cybersecurity trends and best practices. Strong proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Ability to adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies. 
• Fluency in Dari/ Farsi and proficiency in English.
