Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department

- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

- Manage and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to accounting staff

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and organized
