What to do in a project? What challenges will you meet?
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our product.
Collaborate closely with the development team, product managers, and designers to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to validate complex functionality, edge cases, and user scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously improve the QA process by proposing and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals, testing timelines, and release plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, helping them enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking experienced and dedicated QA Engineers to join our software development team in a dynamic startup environment.
What professional skills are essential to us?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a QA engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on manual testing of complex software products, preferably in the POS and E-commerce domain.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience in manual testing.
Experience with back office/administration or E-commerce products and a solid understanding of related workflows and business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and identify potential risks and areas of improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Independent and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.
Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, or other specialized testing areas is a plus.
Experience with mobile testing will be a plus.
Team size and structure?
We have structured our team around particular products. Typically, each team consists of 10-12 people, including front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, and analysts. A separate product owner is responsible for each team.

The conditions:
Is there a trial period, and how long does it last? - Trial period lasts 3 months.
Overtime, how often, and what is the approach to payment? - We compensate for overtime at the end of each month based on the actual hours worked.
What is the work schedule? - Flexible working hours. Our working time zone is 08.00-14.00 (GMT), but it depends on the team, and can be flexible.
Is it possible to work remotely? - There is an opportunity to work fully remotely, we are a remote-first company, and we don't have offices.
