As a Finance & Insurance Manager you will work closely with sales managers and salespeople to insure profitability and customer service. We provide you with all the support and tools necessary for success, allowing you an opportunity to control your own destiny and achieve your goals.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability and....

• Maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction (CSI)
• Explain features, advantages and benefits regarding F&I products to our clients
• Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which effect new/used vehicle purchases
• Achieve minimum product penetration 
• Meet Finance Department minimum sales goals
• Work with Sales Managers and Sales team to achieve sales goals
• Process loan and DMV titling documents efficiently
• Team oriented
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
