Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Operations Excellence team. This role will provide critical support in areas such as project management, compliance, data analysis, document management, and Global Capability Center (GCC) enablement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and a problem-solving mindset to help drive efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Support:

• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
• Document project requirements and maintain updates to workflows and process documentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Portfolio & Tools Management:

• Maintain an inventory of operational tools, including tracking costs, contracts, and feature sets.
• Assist in evaluating tool effectiveness and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Support automation initiatives, leveraging BOTs and other efficiency-enhancing technologies.

Compliance & Document Management:

• Maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RASCI charts, and process maps.
• Support internal audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.

GCC Enablement & Change Management:

• Support the onboarding and integration of offshore teams within the Global Capability Center (GCC).
• Assist in developing communication and training materials for GCC initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to implement change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

• Identify areas for operational improvements and contribute to process enhancement efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Assist in cross-functional collaborations to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an analytical or operational role, preferably in project management, compliance, or media operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with media buying platforms (e.g., MediaOcean) is a plus.
