About the role

The Sr. GTM Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day operations support for the sub-segment leads.

About the Role 
In this opportunity as a Sr. GTM Operations Specialist, you will: 

  • Act as a dedicated subsegment and/or project sales operations specialist
  • Drive consistency and efficiency across sales operations support, process and approach
  • Execute and drive change and enhancements across sales teams in conjunction with segments and Commercial Excellence partners.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute projects designed to improve sales performance & productivity
  • Support administration of sales information
  • Support overall data quality process, standards and management
  • Support sales and account management systems, tools, reports and dashboards
  • Liaise with all Commercial Excellence, CX Digital and marketing groups to ensure continued sales operations alignment and engagement
  • Help with Risk order processing
  • Delivers on the highest value sales-related strategic priorities for the business
  • Assist with core segment sales operations as needed
  • Report to Director of GTM Sales Operations

Key deliverables:

  • Accuracy / quality of data within CRM systems
  • Forecasting accuracy based on underlying data available (in partnership with Finance)
  • Pipeline health measures (in partnership with the Commercial Excellence Reporting and Forecasting team)
  • Project management effort in support of improving administrative burden

About You 
You're a fit for the role of Sr. GTM Operations Specialist if your background includes: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with and influence at all levels within the organization
  • At least 4 years of experience with CRM systems and technology, including, but not limited to, salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of inside sales and account / client management workflow procedures and general business workflows
  • During peak periods, this role may require flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure successful delivery of results and meet business demands
