What You'll do

You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, evolution, and success of the EPIC platform and design systems across Technology and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets user needs, aligns with organizational goals, and delivers a seamless experience

• Partner with developers, designers, and business leaders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize enhancements to the platform.
• Champion the use of the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in application development across the firm.
• Establish metrics to track adoption, usage, and satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and presentations to educate users and promote the platform’s capabilities.

What's required 

• Proven experience in product management, platform adoption, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of design systems, user experience principles, and application development workflows. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization. 

• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success. 

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. 

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful results. 

• Passion for driving innovation and fostering collaboration across teams.
