A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Set the Pace – The Inventory Planner creates short term production schedules across assigned Kellanova facilities. Monitor the age of products to minimize write-offs and institute steps to rectify problems / perform capacity analyses.
- Fresh Thinking – Manage production and inventory to balance capacity constraints, ensuring adherence to service and inventory targets. Resolve critical product shortage issues and communicate exceptions.
- Managing Key Parameters – Maintain planning system parameters around location of safety stock, minimum run quantities, transit times, packing capacity, shipping constraints and inventory constraints.
Your Recipe for Success
- Bachelor's Degree and consistently demonstrated related work experience.
- Experience working with Planning software, SAP/SNP or similar tools.
- Understanding of the supply/demand planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics.
- Very strong communication skills are essential.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $75,900 - $99,600, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
