(Senior) Tax Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Guide our European growth strategy and participate in cross-functional projects for tax planning and implementation purposes.
• Collaborate with our Business Development teams with dedicated tax support and instruct external tax advisors and lawyers for input on special topics.
• Ensure the execution of various corporate tax topics, including tax structuring, transfer pricing, tax declarations (together with external tax advisor).
• Guide team members and ensure quality of ongoing tax compliance.
• Analyse existing and upcoming tax laws and drive proactive action to prepare our business for change.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least four years experience in professional tax services or an in-house tax function (tax advisor is a plus).
• Excellent technical skills in Corporate Taxation and a general understanding of accounting. 
• Strong communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate complex tax topics succinctly and ask for support when required to ensure high-quality work results.
• Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organization.
• German language skills are required (at least full professional proficiency).
