E-commerce Content Specialist – Parental Cover

We’re seeking a skilled E-commerce Content Specialist to join our E-commerce team for a one-year parental leave cover. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing content that enhances our brand, drives conversion, and supports commercial goals — all while ensuring peakperformance.com offers a best-in-class experience for every visitor.

You will be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based at Peak Performance HQ in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and continuously review digital content on peakperformance.com
• Report on websites and campaign KPI’s and related targets and make improvements accordingly. Participating in planning brand and commercial campaigns
• Actively develop and expand the website to maximize consumer experience
• Brief the Marketing department’s creative teams on required assets and ensure timely delivery and relevant feedback
• Ensure all products are searchable and easy to find based on search behavior on site. Monitor and analyze the search results to ensure new and relevant products are displayed
• Safeguard brand consistency and identity across the website
• Ensure SEO optimization of content pages (non-product pages), including redirects
• Act as a super user of CMS and search tools (Magento/Shopify and Algolia)

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in digital content management and working with consumer experience within e-commerce

• Strong understanding of working with a strong brand and combining that with commercial campaign executions
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and tools
• Experience working with Shopify, Magento and Algolia is considered a strong advantage
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
