PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As a Business Analyst supporting Finance Shared Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping how BECU manages financial data, regulatory reporting, and loan acquisition processes. You’ll help build out the Finance Data Mart on the Snowflake platform, support strategic initiatives like asset acquisition deals, and advocate for the tools and architecture needed to drive smarter decision-making. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights—and vice versa—will be essential to your success. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Translate Business Needs: Partner with Finance teams to gather and document business and user requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical solutions.
Design Data Architecture: Help design and advocate for the architecture of the Finance Data Mart, enabling finance-specific reporting and expanding its use across Finance teams.
Support Loan Acquisition Projects: Support data requirements and ingestion processes for asset acquisition deals.
Enable Regulatory Reporting: Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to support regulatory reporting and build out data flows for compliance.
Drive Tool Implementation: Make the case for new tools and access needs related to Snowflake and other platforms, helping to shape the future of financial data management.
Facilitate Testing & Delivery: Support testing efforts, troubleshoot bugs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
